  • Publication number: 20230378380
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of solar cell preparation, and provides a solar cell, an AlOx depositing method therefor, and a cell back passivation structure and method. In the present disclosure, a silicon wafer which has been subjected to thermal oxidization and annealing is placed into a tubular PECVD equipment. The chamber is vacuumized to a pressure of 100-2000 mTorr and heated to a temperature of 300-400° C. Then nitrous oxide and TMA as reaction gases are introduced in to the chamber. The radio-frequency power supply is turned on and an AlOx passivation film having two-layer, three-layer, or more-layer film structure is prepared.

  • Publication number: 20230343878
Abstract: Disclosed are a high-efficiency and high-reliability PERC solar cell and a front electrode thereof, and a manufacturing method, which belong to the solar cell technology. Busbars of the front electrode of solar cell of the present disclosure includes fine busbars and solder joints distributed on the fine busbars at intervals. Each fine busbar between adjacent solder joints includes a straight fine busbar connecting the two solder joints, and side fine busbars located on both sides of the straight fine busbar respectively. In the method for manufacturing the front electrode, the busbars and the fingers are printed by a step-by-step printing process.

  • Patent number: 10630235
Abstract: The present invention discloses an internal protection circuit structure of photovoltaic modules having independent power generating unit, which includes a plurality of solar cells. The plurality of solar cells is combined to form a power generating unit A and a power generating unit B. Polarities of the upper ends of the substrings of solar cell are positive, negative, positive, negative, positive, and negative sequentially from the first column of A to the sixth column of A. Polarities of the lower ends of the substrings of solar cell are positive, negative, positive, negative, positive, and negative sequentially from the first column of B to the sixth column of B. Moreover, the busbar is provided with three separate junction boxes.

  • Patent number: 10629761
Abstract: An internal protection circuit structure of a photovoltaic module, which includes a plurality of solar cells including a first column, a second column, a third column, a fourth column, a fifth column, and a sixth column sequentially. Positive and negative electrodes of each column of the solar cells are sequentially connected in series to form a substring of the solar cell. The upper ends of the second column and the third column are connected to each other with a first diode connected in series to be pulled out as an outgoing terminal. The present invention uses a manner in which substrings are connected first in series and later in parallel, with four bypass diodes connected in the circuit. As such, the actual utilization ratio of the solar cell is improved.
