  • Publication number: 20220356566
Abstract: A surface treatment method for the substrate surface including two or more regions, the method including reacting a compound having the formula R1—P(?O)(OR2)(OR3), a basic nitrogen-containing compound, and the regions with each other such that a water contact angle on the metal region is greater by 10° or more with respect to a water contact angle on an insulator region close to the metal region. In compound (P-1), R1 is an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a fluorinated alkyl group or an optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group and R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a fluorinated alkyl group or an optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group.

  • Publication number: 20220284702
Abstract: An estimation program causing a computer to execute a step (S104) of acquiring a learned detection model and a constituent component model, a step (S202) of outputting constituent component detection results based on the new image using the learned detection model, a step (S203) of estimating first primary component candidates based on the constituent component model and the constituent component detection results and sorting out a secondary component not registered with a list of the first primary component candidates, a step (S204) of merging a plurality of the first primary component candidates to generate a second primary component candidate, and a step (S205) of selecting a secondary component matching the second primary component candidate from among a plurality of secondary components sorted out and registering the selected secondary component with the second primary component candidate.

  • Publication number: 20220195591
Abstract: A surface treatment agent used for treating a substrate having a surface that has two or more regions made of different materials, in which at least one of the two or more regions has a metal surface, and pretreated with an oxidizing agent, the agent including a compound (P) represented by R1—P(?O)(OR2)(OR3), and an organic solvent (S) having a relative dielectric constant of 35 or less. In the formula, R1 represents an alkyl group or the like, and R2 and R3 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.

  • Publication number: 20030114169
Abstract: In a mobile communication system including a plurality of base stations 10 and an MS position administrating station 30 connected to each of the base stations via a communication network, at least one of the base stations detects an arrival angle of a position detection signal from a mobile station and an average received power or propagation distance, and transmits the detected values as position detection parameters to the MS position administrating station, and the MS position administrating station detects the position of the mobile station on the basis of the position detection parameters and map information of an area including the base station.

  • Patent number: 4247977
Abstract: In an automatic tape engaging and securing device a support mounts a reel having a recessed portion. The interior of the recessed portion is enlarged relative to the opening into the recessed portion. An engaging and securing element supply mechanism supplies an engaging and securing element having the shape of a fringed groove into a position opposite and adjacent to the recessed portion of the reel mounted on the support. A first pushing bar has an inclined surface at one end for pushing one shoulder portion of the engaging element and inserting it into the recessed portion. A second pushing bar has an inclined surface opposite to the inclined surface of the first pushing bar for pushing the other shoulder portion of the engaging element and inserting it into the recessed portion, and a cutter bar is arranged to cut a tape to be engaged.
