    Abstract: An oral liquid composition contains fingolimod or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The oral liquid composition at least contains fingolimod or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, cyclodextrin, a metal complexing agent, and water. The mass ratio of the cyclodextrin to the fingolimod or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is 70-200:1. The composition has a pH of 3-6. By means of adding the metal complexing agent, providing the specific amount of cyclodextrin, and controlling the pH of the composition, the problems of physical and chemical instability of fingolimod in the oral liquid composition caused by of iron ion leaching in the production line, long-time storage, environmental change, etc. are solved.
