  • Publication number: 20230298803
Abstract: An electronic part has: a conductive unit that has a terminal including a conductor-exposed portion; n insulating unit in contact with the conductive unit, the insulating unit enclosing part of the conductive unit; and a terminal conductive layer in contact with the insulative unit and conductor-exposed portion. The conductive unit is an electricity-conducting body. The insulating unit includes an electric insulator. The conductor-exposed portion is part of the surface of the conductive unit. The terminal conductive layer has: a first conductive layer including conductive particles and a resin; and a second conductive layer formed from a metal having a lower specific resistance than the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer being in contact with the first conductive layer. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are in contact with the conductor-exposed portion.

  • Patent number: 10448169
Abstract: A sound producing device includes a diaphragm, an armature extending parallel to the diaphragm, a coil having a wire wound around the armature in multiple turns, multiple magnets facing the armature, a yoke supporting the multiple magnets, a transmitting body configured to transmit a vibration of the armature to the diaphragm, a driving-side frame on which the armature, the coil, and the yoke supporting the multiple magnets are mounted, and a vibration-side frame including an opening in which the diaphragm is vibratably supported. The driving-side frame and the vibration-side frame are placed one over the other.

  • Publication number: 20190238993
Abstract: A sound generating device includes an armature having a fixing part facing a first direction and overlapped on an outer surface of a yoke, an extension part extending from the fixing part in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a movable part bent from the extension part and extending in the first direction, inserted into a coil to oppose a magnet, and connected to an oscillator. The fixing part includes two opposing edge parts that are spot-welded to the outer surface of the yoke at two reference weld areas separated in a perpendicular direction that is perpendicular to the first and second directions. The two opposing edge parts of the fixing part and the outer surface of the yoke are spot-welded at at least one additional weld area at a position separated in the first direction from the reference weld areas.

  • Publication number: 20190182602
Abstract: A sound-producing device includes, in a case, a yoke formed of a magnetic material, a magnet supported by the yoke, a coil, an armature extending through the coil and facing the magnet, and a vibrator configured to vibrate in response to operation of the armature. The yoke is formed of an Fe—Ni alloy containing 32% by mass to 40% by mass of Ni.

  • Publication number: 20180317016
Abstract: A magnetic-field-generating unit and a coil vibrates an armature. The armature drives a diaphragm. The armature is formed of a rolled metal plate made of Permalloy. A workpiece is cut out of an unannealed metal plate with a wire saw or by etching such that the long-side direction of the workpiece corresponds to a transverse direction that is orthogonal to the direction of rolling performed on the metal plate. The cut-out workpiece is bent and is then annealed. Through this process, the warp of the armature is minimized.

  • Publication number: 20180184210
Abstract: A magnetic field generation unit, including an upper yoke, a lower yoke, and side yokes, is mounted on a frame. An upper magnet is fixed to the upper yoke, and a lower magnet is fixed to the lower yoke. The magnetic field generation unit is fixed by being butted against a driving end mounting surface of the frame. An armature has a folded part and a base end part, and the base end part is fixed to the driving end mounting surface. By assembling each member on the frame, mutual positional relationships can be determined with a high accuracy.
