Further, exemplary use of the substance as a drug carrier is provided for delivering into the brain, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the substance.     Abstract: A shirring control apparatus automatically reads sewing data from a pattern or the like, automatically calculates the sewing data from the read data or the data previously read from the pattern, distributes the amount of shirring for each of the desired areas of a circle of the sleeve from the calculated sewing data, controls the distributed amount of shirring for each stitch, changes the amount of shirring differentially dependent upon the quality of the cloth and the bias, and displays the differential movement.
