Abstract: A reference current setting circuit according to one embodiment includes a first terminal, a first current mirror circuit, a second current mirror circuit, and a third current mirror circuit. The first terminal is connected to a ground potential via a first resistor. The first current mirror circuit includes a first transistor with a source connected to a reference voltage and a drain serving as a first input terminal, and a second transistor with a source connected to the first terminal and a drain serving as a first output terminal, the drain of the first transistor being connected to a gate of the first transistor and a gate of the second transistor.
