  • Patent number: 9732653
Abstract: A reducing agent tank is provided which can improve a heat transfer efficiency to a reducing agent and transfer heat to the reducing agent in a height direction of the reducing agent tank without unevenness. The reducing agent tank includes a container main body which has an upper face and a bottom face and constitutes a space for storing the reducing agent between the upper face and the bottom face, and a heat exchanger which performs heat exchange with the reducing agent. The heat exchanger has penetrating portions and inclined portions. The penetrating portions penetrate to the upper face of the container main body and extend into the space. The inclined portions are inclined relative to the penetrating portions at a position different from each other in an extending direction of the penetrating portions and extend toward a side of the bottom face.

  • Patent number: 9388725
Abstract: A reducing agent tank is provided which enables detachment of a top cover and a heat exchanger while maintaining a long path length of a heat exchanger in a reducing agent tank. A first pipeline and a second pipeline respectively have extension portions which extend from lower ends of a suspended portion along a bottom face toward a side face of a container main body, and rising portions which extend from leading ends of the extension portions along the side face toward an upper face of the container main body. A length of the extension portions along the bottom face is larger than a maximum inside length of an opening. The rising portions and a turning portion form a leading end bent portion, and a rising length of the leading end bent portion is smaller than a minimum inside length passing through a center of the opening.

  • Patent number: 9376950
Abstract: A container main body of a reducing agent tank stores a reducing agent. A suction pipe has a suction port positioned in the container main body, and guides the reducing agent from the suction port to outside of the container main body. The strainer is provided at the suction port of the suction pipe. The strainer includes a surrounding portion and a facing portion. The surrounding portion has a filter portion which surrounds an internal space to partition the internal space and an external space of the strainer and allows the reducing agent to pass through between the internal space and the external space. The facing portion extends into the internal space of the surrounding portion to face with the filter portion through a gap space communicating with the suction port in the internal space and partition the gap space and the external space.
