The damper extends in the first direction throughout the individual flow paths. A part of the damper forms an inner face that defines an end of the common flow path in a second direction. The heater pattern is provided to the damper. The connecting pattern connects the heater pattern with the heat source. In a range, in which in the first direction the individual flow paths are arranged, the heater pattern extends in the first direction without inclining with respect to the first direction at 45 degrees or larger.
