  • Patent number: 11712451
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide, for example, a more practical wound healing accelerator that more effectively accelerates wound healing. More specifically, a feature of the present invention is to provide, for example, a more practical wound healing accelerator that is easily obtained in a larger amount than that of peripheral blood platelet and has a better wound healing effect than that of peripheral blood platelet. The present invention employs a platelet-like cell population coexpressing one or more platelet surface markers and one or more mesenchymal cell surface markers. A wound healing accelerator containing the platelet-like cell population is a more practical wound healing accelerator that more effectively accelerates wound healing. The platelet-like cell population is easily obtained in a larger amount than that of peripheral blood platelet and has a better wound healing effect than that of peripheral blood platelet.

  • Patent number: 9936620
Abstract: A component mounting apparatus includes a component supply device that intermittently feeds a carrier tape, in which components are stored in a plurality of pockets formed with a uniform pitch, based on a predetermined feed pitch to supply the components stored in the pockets to a component suction position, and picks up the components supplied to the component suction position to mount the components onto a board, an imaging unit that images the pockets, and a control unit that measures a formation pitch of the pockets based on obtained image data, and changes a feed pitch of the carrier tape from the predetermined feed pitch to the formation pitch of the pockets when the measured formation pitch of the pockets and the predetermined feed pitch are different from each other, and the component supply device intermittently feeds the carrier tape based on the changed feed pitch.

  • Publication number: 20150271925
Abstract: A component mounting unit includes first and second board conveyance mechanisms, first and second component supply units, and first and second component mounting mechanisms, for performing a component mounting work on a front surface and a rear surface of boards of a same type in parallel. Electronic components of all kinds to be mounted on the front surface and the rear surface at the component mounting unit are distributed to the first and second component supply units. The first and second component mounting mechanisms pick up electronic components from the first and second component supply unit, respectively. The first component mounting mechanism mounts the electronic component on the board held by each of the first and second board conveyance mechanisms. The second component mounting mechanism mounts the electronic component on the board held by each of the first and second board conveyance mechanisms.

  • Patent number: 6616401
Abstract: In a tray feeder, in which a drawing section draws a palette from a container and supplies the palette to a pick-up point where a pick-up head of a parts-mounting-apparatus picks up parts, the head starts lowering and halts at a stand-by position before the palette held by the drawing section arrives at the pick-up point. When the drawing section arrives at the pick-up point, the head lowers again from the stand-by position. This mechanism reduces a time necessary for picking up a part.

  • Patent number: 5471407
Abstract: A method of detecting a longitudinal direction of an inspection object and identifying a configuration of the same. A camera takes an image of an inspection object to obtain a border line of the image. A plurality of vectors having substantially the same absolute value and arrayed continuously on the border line are set, and a distribution of inclinations of all the vectors are obtained. Then, a longitudinal direction of the inspection object is detected on the basis of thus obtained distribution of vector inclination. Accordingly, the detection of a longitudinal direction can be performed accurately about the inspection object regardless of the number of corners on the border line. Furthermore, the detection will be accurately done even if the image includes a noise such as a nozzle.
