  • Patent number: 12227008
Abstract: A flow passage forming member includes flow passage forming member main bodies 140 and 146 that are formed of a resin material and define at least a part of a flow passage, a metal protective film 200 that is provided on a surface of the flow passage forming member main body 140 and a surface of the flow passage forming member main body 146 defining at least the flow passage and is formed of a metal material, and a protective film 210 that is laminated on the metal protective film 200 and contains an oxide or a nitride of at least on element selected from the group consisting of tantalum (Ta), titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr), niobium (Nb), vanadium (V), hafnium (Hf), silicon (Si), aluminum (Al), tungsten (W), and yttrium (Y).

  • Publication number: 20240399300
Abstract: A gas separation membrane for separating carbon dioxide from a mixed gas containing the carbon dioxide and a non-target component includes: a porous layer; and a separation layer formed of a polymer material and in close contact with one surface of the porous layer. A gas selectivity ratio RCO2/R0 is 8 or more and less than 100, where R0 is a gas permeability of the non-target component in the gas separation membrane and RCO2 is a gas permeability of the carbon dioxide in the gas separation membrane. A gas permeability ratio BCO2/ACO2 is 4.0 or more and 128.0 or less, where ACO2 is a gas permeability of the carbon dioxide in the separation layer and BCO2 is a gas permeability of the carbon dioxide in the porous layer.

  • Publication number: 20240091717
Abstract: A gas separation membrane includes a porous layer, a first resin layer provided at a surface on one side of the porous layer, the first resin layer including an organopolysiloxane, and a second resin layer provided at a surface of the first resin layer on a side opposite to that of the porous layer, the second resin layer including an organopolysiloxane. The first resin layer has a porosity greater than that of the second resin layer. The second resin layer is chemically bonded to the first resin layer.
