The film material includes a heat-resistant fabric and a fluorocarbon resin layer formed on both sides of the heat-resistant fabric. The glass fiber sheet is provided between the film material and the solar cell. The bonding layers are provided between the film material and the glass fiber sheet, and between the glass fiber sheet and the solar cell.
