Abstract: A transducer pole extension mount system has a handle that adjustably controls the direction of an underwater transducer. The system includes a handle, an elbow joint connecting the handle to an upper pole, and a T-joint guidably connecting the upper pole to a mounting arm and a lower pole. The mounting arm extends through a pivotable mount base for removably mounting the gunnel extension mount to the gunnel (side rail) of a boat. The T-joint allows rotational adjustment and vertical adjustment of the mounting arm with respect to the upper pole connected to a lower pole at a knuckle joint allowing convenient folding of the lower pole to the upper pole. The lower pole terminates at a transducer bracket supporting a transducer. A directional pointer is provided on the upper pole. In use, manually rotating the handle to adjusts the transducer to change the pointing direction of the transducer.
