  • Publication number: 20240060494
Abstract: To reduce surface pressure acting on a tip of a winding terminal portion of a spiral wall of an orbiting scroll in a scroll compressor. In a scroll compressor 10, a thrust plate 81 and a thrust sheet 82 capable of being elastically deformed are provided between an opposing surface 237 serving as a thrust receiving part and an orbiting base plate 521 of an orbiting scroll 52. A first sealing member 83 seals between the orbiting base plate 521 and the thrust sheet 82 and a second sealing member 84 having a diameter greater than that of the first sealing member 83 seals the opposing surface 237 of a second partition wall 232 and the thrust plate 81. A back pressure chamber H5 is partitioned from a suction pressure area (space H6) by the thrust plate 81, thrust sheet 82, the first sealing member 83, and the second sealing member 84. A circular concave portion 816 is formed on a surface of the thrust plate 81 on the thrust sheet 82 side.

  • Publication number: 20240011488
Abstract: To suppress reduced rotational moments that occur at a movable scroll. A scroll compressor (1) includes a fixed scroll (2), a movable scroll (3), and an anti-rotation mechanism (30). A spiral movable wrap (3b) of the movable scroll (3) meshes with a spiral fixed wrap (2b) of the fixed scroll (2). A first compression chamber (C1) is formed by an inner wall surface (3b1) of the movable wrap (3b) and an outer wall surface (2b2) of the fixed wrap (2b). A second compression chamber (C2) is formed by an inner wall surface (2b1) of the fixed wrap (2b) and an outer wall surface (3b2) of the movable wrap (3b). After a winding terminal end (3f) of the movable wrap (3b) contacts the outer wall surface (2b2) of the fixed wrap (2b) and the first compression chamber (C1) is thereby closed, a winding terminal end (2f) of the fixed wrap (2b) contacts the outer wall surface (3b2) of the movable wrap (3b) and the second compression chamber (C2) is thereby closed.

  • Patent number: 11773852
Abstract: [Problem] A scroll compressor is provided which effectively suppresses the occurrence of localized contact caused by deformation of a fixed scroll or a movable scroll due to the influence of a compressive reaction force or thermal expansion and shortens a break-in time. [Solution] Laps 24 and 32 of a fixed scroll 21 and a movable scroll 22 are constituted to have a plurality of step portions between a winding end portion at an outermost periphery and a winding start portion at an innermost periphery and decrease stepwise in height toward the winding start portion from the winding end portion. The position and height of each step portion are set so that when the spiral laps 24 and 32 are expanded on a predetermined plane, a base point of each step portion is placed on a predetermined arc drawn on the plane.

  • Patent number: 11098716
Abstract: The scroll-type compressor comprises a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll engaged with each other; a back pressure control valve 50 inserted from the large-diameter side of the stepped-shaped pressure release passage L4 which communicates between a suction chamber H1 and a back pressure chamber H3 which applies a back pressure for pressing the orbiting scroll against the fixed scroll. The scroll-type compressor further comprises an O-ring 60 fitted in a circumferential groove 53a formed in the outer peripheral surface of the valve 50, and a ring member 61 press-fitted into the large-diameter side of the pressure release passage L4, and holds the valve 50 between the ring member 61 and the stepped portion. Then, the compressive stress is unlikely to be applied to the valve 50, and the deformation of the valve 50 is reduced to prevent the reduction in the control accuracy of the back pressure.

  • Patent number: 6754778
Abstract: A memory control system has a replacement detection/notification circuit for detecting occurrence of replacement of dirty entry in a cache and informing a memory controller of the detection, and a state control circuit for precharging the currently active page in a main memory when the memory controller is informed of the detection and a preceding access to the main memory attendant upon the replacement of dirty entry is completed. By precharging the active page in the main memory to return to the idle state when the preceding access attendant upon the replacement of dirty entry is completed, the succeeding access can be done only by activating the aimed page probably different from the above page. It is thereby obviated to return the activated page due to the preceding access to the idle state after a page miss occurs in the succeeding access.

  • Patent number: 6632298
Abstract: The present invention aims at providing a sophisticated segregation reducing technique which a conventional technique cannot achieve by finding the relationship between the casting structure and the segregation of components at the time of solidification and the heat treatment conditions. That is, the present invention aims at providing material for shadow masks which exhibits excellent quality with respect to streaks. A material for a shadow mask of the present invention is formed of a casting slab for preparing the shadow mask which comprises an Ni—Fe alloy containing 30 to 45% of Ni. The casting slab has a cast structure comprising a columnar crystal and/or a chill crystal in an amount of 99% or more. In particular, it is preferred that the casting slab contains no equiaxed crystal.
