Abstract: Information data accumulated in a content database 9 arranged on the Internet 7 is acquired in a relay device 6. A music file 3 is outputted from a street loudspeaker 5 connected to the relay device 6. Simultaneously with or prior to the output processing via the street loudspeaker 5 by a radio LAN base 4 connected to the relay device 6, the music file 3 is distributed by radio communication. In a user terminal 2 used by a user, one information data received from the distribution device is temporarily stored in a cache memory 25. According to a user operation, the music file 3 accumulated in the cache memory 25 is written into a memory 24. Thus, by push-type distribution, it is possible to enhance the user willingness to buy and distribute a content without missing the chance to sell the content.
