    Abstract: One aspect of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a separator including: (a) obtaining a laminate by laminating a first porous support and a second porous support; (b) forming a functional layer by applying a composition including a binder and a solvent on both sides of the laminate and drying the composition; and (c) dividing the laminate into two separators along an interface formed by the lamination, and a separator manufactured using the method.

    Abstract: A mobile telecommunication apparatus, such as a CDMA modem for use with a host computer comprises a microprocessor, an interface device communicating with the microprocessor to interface with the host computer, a memory connected to the microprocessor having a ROM area and a RAM area, the ROM area storing a modem protocol code for operation of the modem and a testing code for testing the modem, an antenna, a RF/IF device connected to the antenna and communicating with the microprocessor, and a code selection switch connected to the microprocessor to select one of a normal mode and a service mode. Upon selection of the normal mode, the modem protocol code is executed, and upon selection of the service mode, the testing code is executed.

    Abstract: A charging device for commonly charging various kinds of batteries is provided. The charging device includes a switching portion controlled to interrupt the supply of power to the charging device and a plurality of charging paths located between a charging power supply port and the battery's charging port, corresponding to the kinds of battery. A charging voltage detector detects a predetermined voltage or current formed when connected to the first sensing resistor of a battery assembly in order to detect the charged voltage of the battery and a capacity detector detects a predetermined voltage or current formed when connected to the second sensing resistor of the battery assembly in order to detect the charged capacity of the battery.
