The modulator modulates a transmission signal according to a modulation degree. The encoder encodes a modulation symbol provided from the modulator using a convolution code of a ring domain. The transmission unit transmits the signal provided from the encoder to a relay station. The relay station detects a signal where signals received from different transmission ends are added in a real domain, and relays the detected signal, thereby providing a relay service without an additional time resource.

In the method, the small base station checks a sub-frame allocated to macro user equipment by using a downlink signal received from a macro base station when an interference candidate user equipment list is received. The interference candidate user equipment list contains information on the macro user equipment adjacent to a femto cell controlled by the small base station. Then the small base station allocates other sub-frame to femto user equipment located in the femto cell by avoiding the sub-frame allocated to the macro user equipment.

The BS determines power difference values corresponding to all of symbol vectors available as the transmit symbol vector of the MS. The relay link resource is reused in the full-duplex relay structure, and the system capacity can be raised by minimizing the interference in the resource utilization.

An information vector is encoded according to a Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) encoding scheme, thereby generating an LDPC codeword. Minimum surviving check nodes are reserved for recovery of punctured nodes in the LDPC codeword. A check node is selected having a smallest cost function from among unreserved check nodes. A variable node is selected being unpunctured and having a smallest cost function from among variable nodes connected to the selected check node. The selected variable node is punctured when the selected variable node is not connected to the reserved check node. A stopping set check is performed when the selected variable node is connected to the reserved check node. The variable node is punctured when the stopping set check has been successfully performed. The check node is selected until there remains no variable node to be punctured and puncturing the variable node.

The data transfer method comprises: a step for allowing a base station to receive from a first terminal the channel information (Hd,1) between the base station and the first mobile station, a step for making the base station generate an interference cancellation precoding matrix using Hd,1, a step for forcing the base station to transfer first data to a relay station, and a step for making the relay station transfer the first data to the first mobile station and forcing the base station to transfer second data to a second mobile station, wherein the second data is converted using the interference cancellation precoding matrix. According to the disclosed data transfer method in the multi-hope relay system, the base station transfers data to another mobile station efficiently when the relay station transfers data to a mobile station.

    Abstract: A method and system is disclosed that requests a retransmission through base station cooperation in a communication system. The method for performing a retransmission request includes: receiving data from a main base station; transmitting a retransmission request of the received data; and receiving the data from the main base station in response to the retransmission request. A sub base station performing cooperation communication with the main base station receives the retransmission request from the mobile station and changes the format of transmission with respect to mobile stations communicating with the sub base station. The method and system can allow only a small amount of information to be exchanged among base stations in a base station cooperation system, thereby effectively reducing inter-cell interference and increasing the probability of successfully receiving retransmitted data.
