  • Publication number: 20230286701
Abstract: A storage device and external hardware, with the storage device including a storage body which is provided with a storage chamber having storage openings. A first plate of the storage body is connected to a first folding flap. A first security mechanism is used to connect to the first folding flap and a second plate so that the storage openings are closed. The second plate is provided with a second security mechanism, which is used to connect the second plate to the first folding flap, or so that the adjacent storage opening of the first plate is connected to the adjacent storage opening of the second plate so as to seal the storage openings. The storage body can use the first security mechanism and the second security mechanism to seal the storage openings two or more times, so as to facilitate the reuse of the storage body and improve environmental protection.

  • Patent number: 10661299
Abstract: A method for monitoring production of a fluid film, including: activating a dispenser to deliver appropriate material from a storage duct to a metering system for even distribution of a fluid film; allowing the fluid film to pass a sample retrieving roller; measuring the fluid film on the sample retrieving roller using a data reading device to obtain film thickness data; transmitting the data to an analyzer to examine the data against a predetermined reference value; transmitting a comparison result in real time by the analyzer to a production equipment controlling console; controlling the storage duct to dispense material through the material metering system and adjusting the film thickness; repeating the above steps to make a film thickness within the reference range; and maintaining the thickness at the narrowest tolerance deviation, and continuously delivering the film onto a substrate for production.

  • Patent number: 8804197
Abstract: A print quality control method, including the steps of: providing a visual referring target on the printing substrate, setting a specific halftone of black “K”; creating a neutral grey tone i.e. NGT; placing tightly both MGT and NGT next to each other across the printing surface; and comparing both printed tones result. By adopting the grey balance theory and visual matching technique, the resultant can provide accurate ink balance information for the production personnel to immediate execute the correction on the imbalance inking condition during production.

  • Publication number: 20120305569
Abstract: Packaging material, including an inner structural material and an outer surface material. The inner structural material is a hollow material, and the outer surface material is attached onto an outer surface of the inner structural material. And a method for producing the packaging material includes: a) producing a middle structural material comprising a cavity or channel, and sandwiching the middle structural material with an outer face material and an inner face material to yield a semi-finished hollow material; and b) attaching the outer surface material onto an outer surface of the hollow material.

  • Publication number: 20120008170
Abstract: A method for controlling multicolor print quality including a) placing color patches onto a print substrate; b) combining primary colors C, M, and Y to form secondary colors and overprinting the secondary colors and an opposite primary color thereof in a pre-determined halftone % to yield neutral grey tone; c) comparing the neutral grey tone with a black “K” halftone as a monochrome gray reference in the color patches, and d) amending the color patches to control color changes.
