    Abstract: Provided is a power supply control device capable of reducing power consumption even when the amount of time the electrical equipment is used is indeterminate. This power supply control device (700) controls the supply of power to multiple lines on which electrical equipment is arranged, and has: a power supply control instruction unit (760), which provisionally supplies power to lines to which power is not being supplied; a power calculation unit (730), which determines for each line whether there has been an increase in the power consumption; and a power supply status determination unit (750) which, after power has been supplied provisionally, stops the provisional supply of power to a line when the power consumption on that line has not increased.
