Abstract: Provided is an electrical junction box which can easily attach a block to an inner side of a frame without the need for visual positioning of a lock portion of the block and a lock receive portion of the frame. An electrical junction box includes a frame and a block to be attached to an inner side of the frame. The block includes a lock portion, and the frame includes a lock receive portion to which the lock portion engages. Four faces of the frame arranged to surround the block include a tapered face for guiding the block to a proper attachment position. The frame includes a double wall including an outer wall and an inner wall, and a rib connecting the outer wall and the inner wall. The rib is extended above the inner wall, and the tapered face is provided to an extended portion of the rib.

Abstract: An electrical junction box includes a body case of the electrical junction box that has an opening part facing electrical components and has a case side locking part, and a cover that covers the opening part, is engaged to the body case of the electrical junction box, and has a cover side locking part. The cover is engaged to or disengaged from the body case of the electrical junction box with the case side locking part and the cover side locking part. The cover has a cover side abutting part to match a position of the cover side locking part. The body case of the electrical junction box has a case side abutting part to match a position of the case side locking part and a position of the cover side abutting part.

Abstract: An electrical junction box includes: a frame; and a block having a double wall defined by outer and inner walls. At a position where the double wall and a component receiving section of the block are opposite to each other, a lower end of the inner wall is positioned higher than a component insertion surface at a lower end of the component receiving section, and a waterproof wall is provided on the lower end and an outer edge at the double wall side of the component receiving section. The waterproof wall is defined by a first waterproof portion extended horizontally toward the outer wall from the lower end and the outer edge at the double wall side of the component receiving section, and a second waterproof wall extended downward and parallel to the outer wall from an end at the outer wall side of the first waterproof wall.

Abstract: A harness outlet through which a wiring harness is passed is provided on a sidewall of a case of an electrical junction box. A harness guide is extended form a circumference of the harness outlet to protect the wiring harness and to regulate a path (outlet direction) of the wiring harness. At a side near the harness outlet, the harness guide covers a whole circumference of the wiring harness. At a side away from the harness outlet, the harness guide covers both sides and an upper portion of the wiring harness, and a portion for covering the lower portion of the wiring harness is not provided on the harness guide.

Abstract: A round terminal fixation structure is a structure for fixing a round terminal connected to an end of an electric wire to a bus bar in an overlapping manner with a bolt. The round terminal includes: a bolt insertion portion with a first through-hole into which the bolt is inserted; a core wire crimp portion for crimping a core wire of the electric wire; and an insulating cover crimp portion. The bus bar includes: a flat plate portion with a second through-hole; a pair of standing pieces vertically extended from the flat plate portion for positioning the core wire crimp portion in between the pair of standing pieces while the first and second through-holes are overlapped with each other; and connection portions electrically connected to the relay or the fuse. A gap between the pair of standing pieces is formed smaller than a width of the bolt insertion portion.

Abstract: Provided is a round terminal fixation structure which can easily install a round terminal at a fixation position and prevent assembling failure. The round terminal fixation structure fixes the round terminal connected to an end of an electric wire to a bus bar in an overlapping fashion by a bolt. The round terminal includes a bolt insertion portion having a first through-hole for passing the bolt and a core wire crimp portion crimping a core wire of the electric wire. The bus bar includes a flat plate portion having a second through-hole for passing the bolt and a standing piece extending perpendicularly from the flat plate portion and configured to abut on the core wire crimp portion when bolting the round terminal to prevent rotation of the round terminal. A distal end of the standing piece is slanted towards the flat plate portion with distance from the second through-hole.

At an edge portion of the block is disposed a waterproof barrier located between the component housing of the block and the joint part part and extending below the component insertion plane of a lower end of the component housing.
