  • Publication number: 20240112764
Abstract: An information processing device includes one or more processors. The one or more processors are configured to optimize, for a specific elementary reaction in a reaction using a catalyst including a plurality of elementary reactions, an arrangement of a promoter element in the catalyst based on activation energy acquired using a trained model, and search for the promoter element based on the activation energy acquired using the trained model for each type of the promoter element.

  • Patent number: 6525165
Abstract: An aromatic polyester film, which comprises an aromatic polyester comprising 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid as the main dicarboxylic acid component and 1,3-propanediol as the main diol component and having a density of at least 1.310 g/cm3. A laminated film comprising another polyester layer can be formed from this aromatic polyester film. An aromatic polyester containing a small amount of a sulfonic acid phosphonium salt used as one of the aromatic polyesters forming this laminated film is excellent in electrostatic casting properties and resistance to the contamination of an electrostatic wire, and an aromatic polyester containing an inorganic anti-fungus agent is used for antifungal application.

  • Patent number: 6441063
Abstract: A thermoplastic resin composition containing inorganic particles, wherein (i) the inorganic particles have pore volume of 0.1 to 3 ml/g and (ii) the inorganic particles are treated at the surfaces with a hydrophilic polyester of 0.05 to 10 times the weight of the inorganic particles or with a silicon-containing organic compound. This composition can be obtained by feeding a dispersion of the above-mentioned surface-treated inorganic particles into a vented double-screw kneader and extruder to mix it with a thermoplastic resin.

  • Patent number: 6140013
Abstract: A photoresist layer supporting film is (A) formed from a polymer composition comprising (i) 55 to 100% by weight of a copolyester containing ethylene terephthalate units as a main recurring unit and having a melting point of 210 to 250.degree. C. and (ii) 0 to 45% by weight of polybutylene terephthalate or a copolyester containing butylene terephthalate units as a main recurring unit and having a melting point of not lower than 180.degree. C. and (B) has a plane orientation coefficient of 0.08 to 0.16. Since this supporting film is excellent in substrate shape follow-up properties and resolution, it is suitable for the preparation of a photoresist film laminate by laminating a protective film and a photoresist layer on the surface thereof.

  • Patent number: 5885689
Abstract: A laminated polyester film for use as a film to be laminated on a metal plate, which comprises (A) a first layer formed of (a1) a first aromatic copolyester prepared in the presence of a germanium compound as a polymerization catalyst, which contains terephthalic acid as the main dicarboxylic acid component and ethylene glycol as the main glycol component and which has a melting point in the range of from 210.degree. to 245.degree. C. and a glass transition temperature of at least 60.degree. C., the first layer having (a2) a surface roughness (Ra) in the range of from 2 to 13 nm, and (B) a second layer formed of (b1) a polyester composition obtained by melt-mixing 90 to 45% by weight of a second aromatic copolyester which is composed, as a main recurring unit, of ethylene terephthalate, is produced in the presence of a germanium compound as a polymerization catalyst and has a melting point in the range of from 210.degree. to 252.degree.
