  • Publication number: 20250064992
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique for imaging the brain of a live animal and application of the technique. A radiolabeled dibenzoazepine derivative, which shows excellent brainparmeability, high receptor selectivity and high quantitativity, is used for imaging a live animal body. A dibenzoazepine derivative is used for treating a disease in which hM4D receptor or hM3D receptor participates. Further, a radiolabeled dibenzoazepine derivative is used for imaging an axonal end which is innervated by a nerve cell.

  • Publication number: 20240002313
Abstract: [Object] Provided are a 11C-labeled acyclic retinoid that can be synthesized in a short time with a high yield and can be suitably used for PET for elucidating intracerebral kinetics, a PET probe using it, and methods for producing them. [Solution] The 11C-labeled acyclic retinoid of the present invention is characterized by being represented by the following chemical formula (a). This compound can be produced by a coupling step of cross-coupling a methyl iodide labelled with 11C and the following organotin compound (b) (provided that in the formula, R1 and R2 represent alkyl groups which may have a branch) in an aprotic solvent in the presence of a palladium complex, a phosphine ligand, and a cuprous halide.

  • Patent number: 10041954
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a biomarker for psychiatric and neurological disorders, in particular, a biomarker for diagnosing psychiatric and neurological disorders; and a test kit and test method for psychiatric and neurological disorders. The inventors discovered that there is a significant increase in the concentration of free ? immunoglobulin chains and free ? immunoglobulin chains in the blood samples from patients with psychiatric and neurological disorders. Consequently, the present invention provides a biomarker for psychiatric and neurological disorders that includes at least one selected from the group consisting of free ? immunoglobulin chains, free ? immunoglobulin chains, and fragments thereof. Using this biomarker for psychiatric and neurological disorders enables the psychiatric and neurological disorders to be easily tested and diagnosed with the blood samples from the subjects.
