Furthermore, it has been found that LPAR1, which is a receptor for LPA, is highly expressed in osteosarcoma and glioma, and the LPA-LPAR1 interaction is involved in the metastasis and proliferation of osteosarcoma and glioma. Examinations carried out on the basis of these findings have found that LPAR1 antagonists can serve as therapeutic agents for suppressing the metastasis and proliferation of osteosarcoma and glioma.
