  • Publication number: 20150116275
Abstract: A projector device of a rear projection type includes a screen including a display region in which an image is displayed and a calibration region where at least a light reflecting member or a light absorbing member is disposed on a front side of the screen, a projector emitting light to the screen from a rear side of the screen, a light receiver sensing light reflected to the rear side, and a user interface detecting a touch operation on the image in the display region based on a signal level of the reflected light. The interface includes a threshold adjuster that adjusts a threshold level for detecting the touch operation based on a signal level of light reflected from the calibration region and an operation detector that detects the touch operation by comparing a signal level of light reflected from the display region with the adjusted threshold level.

  • Patent number: 7426332
Abstract: A video recording apparatus includes: a recording and reproducing unit that records and reproduces a program onto and from a recording medium; a program reserving unit that provides a reservation of the program for programmed recording of the program in one of a plurality of modes including “overwrite after reproduction” mode; and a control unit that controls the recording and reproducing unit, wherein the control unit controls, in accordance with the reservation made by the program reserving unit, the recording and reproducing unit to record the program in either of a free area and a recorded area that is permitted to overwrite of the recording medium, wherein the control unit controls the recording and reproducing unit to prohibit overwriting a recorded program in a case where the recorded program is recorded in the “overwrite after reproduction” mode and a reproduction of the recorded program being unfinished.

  • Publication number: 20060218603
Abstract: A time lag generated during device operation is reduced at a low cost in an AV system for transmitting streaming data of videos and audios from a server device to output it from a client device. The AV transmission system includes the server device for transmitting video and audio data, and a client device for receiving the video and audio data and demodulating them to video and audio signals to output the same. When a reproduction stop operation command or a reproduction skip operation command is input, a control unit of the client device discards buffered video and audio data of the client device side, and a control unit of the server device discards buffered video and audio data of the server device side.

  • Patent number: 6994586
Abstract: A printed circuit board supporting structure includes a printed circuit board, a board support constituted by a conductor, and a clamping device that clamps and fixes the printed circuit board to the board support, a solder bump pattern provided on a board surface of the printed circuit board being brought into contact with an obverse surface of the board support at a portion clamped to electrically conduct with the board support. A portion adjacent to a portion where the solder bump pattern is formed on the printed circuit board is placed on a reference supporting surface provided in continuation from the board support and adapted to restrict a reference position of the printed circuit board. The portion is clamped to a clamping piece provided in continuation from the board support, and an obverse surface of the clamping piece is brought into pressure contact with the solder bump pattern.
