Publication number: 20120032504Abstract: An electrical generator is connected with a first end of DC/DC converter and an electric storage section is connected with a second end of the converter. An output voltage detecting circuit is connected to the electrical generator, and a control circuit is connected to both the DC/DC converter and the output voltage detecting circuit. The electrical generator raises an adjusting voltage Va at an output terminal to a first predetermined output voltage Vdc1 at a timing when regenerated electric power is produced. Control circuit 35 controls an output voltage Vd to be a lower control voltage Vdk which is lower than the first predetermined output voltage Vdc1. The lower control voltage Vd is set at a value which allows a main power supply to be charged maximally with the regenerated electric power.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 9, 2010Publication date: February 9, 2012Applicant: PANASONIC CORPORATIONInventors: Koji Akimasa, Takaharu Murakami

Patent number: 7830035Abstract: The power supply unit has a sample-and-hold circuit that samples a voltage supplied from a power source to a load according to a sample timing signal and holds the voltage as an output set value for the DC/DC converter. The unit supplies a load with an output from the DC/DC converter controlled so that an output voltage of a power source becomes an output set value of the DC/DC converter when the voltage of the power source drops. Since a voltage corresponding to the voltage of the power source before the voltage drop is set to the output set value of the DC/DC converter, a stable power supply unit is obtained in which the difference is always small between the voltage of the power source in normal times and the output voltage from the DC/DC converter when the voltage of the power source temporarily fluctuates.Type: GrantFiled: June 18, 2007Date of Patent: November 9, 2010Assignee: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Koji Yoshida, Hiroyuki Handa, Mitsuhiro Matsuo, Masafumi Nakamura, Takaharu Murakami

The unit supplies a load with an output from the DC/DC converter controlled so that an output voltage of power source (22) becomes an output set value of the DC/DC converter when the voltage of power source (22) drops. Since a voltage corresponding to the voltage of the power source before the voltage drop is set to the output set value of the DC/DC converter, a stable power supply unit is obtained in which the difference is always small between the voltage of the power source in normal times and the output voltage from the DC/DC converter when the voltage of the power source temporarily fluctuates.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 18, 2007Publication date: December 24, 2009Applicant: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Koji Yoshida, Hiroyuki Handa, Mitsuhiro Matsuo, Masafumi Nakamura, Takaharu Murakami

Patent number: 6753603Abstract: Electronic equipment comprises a wiring board, an electronic component mounted on the wiring board and having a heat dissipation portion on a surface thereof, and an insulating heat dissipation plate thermally connected to the electronic component, wherein the heat dissipation portion is directly connected to the heat dissipation plate via a heat conductive bonding material that includes metal. The heat dissipation plate is a ceramic plate having at least one land for connecting the electronic component thereto, or a resin plate containing highly heat conductive material. By directly connecting the insulating heat dissipation plate to an electronic component generating heat, an insulating plate between the heat dissipation plate and the electronic component is not required.Type: GrantFiled: August 20, 2002Date of Patent: June 22, 2004Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hiroshi Segi, Toshiyuki Taniguchi, Takaharu Murakami

The heat dissipation plate is a ceramic plate having at least one land for connecting electronic component or a resin plate containing highly heat conductive material. By directly connecting the insulating heat dissipation plate to electronic component generating heat, an insulating plate between the heat dissipation plate and the electronic component used in a conventional method becomes not required. Consequently, it is possible to enhance a heat dissipation effect of electronic component in electronic equipment.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 20, 2002Publication date: March 27, 2003Inventors: Hiroshi Segi, Toshiyuki Taniguchi, Takaharu Murakami
