    Abstract: A piston (101, 105) of a pump section (E) of a trigger-type liquid dispenser having integrally formed annular skirts (102, 104, 106, 108) extending respectively at an approach end and at a stroke end of the piston and held in close contact with an inner wall surface of a cylinder (H) of the pump section. The annular skirts (102, 104) have an overall axial length being as small as approximating to an axial length of an air intake port (100) provided on a peripheral wall of the cylinder (H). Alternatively, the annular skirt (106, 108) extending at the stroke end of the piston is provided with at least one notched section (109, 110) located at a position corresponding to the air intake port (23) provided on the peripheral wall of the cylinder. Thus, air is securely and surely introduced into the liquid container even if the trigger is moved repeatedly by only a short stroke in order to exhaust liquid at a reduced rate.

    Abstract: A cap structure having an elastic turnover cover. Body 1 of the cap structure is closed at the top of its first circumferential wall 2 with a cover 5 having a second circumferential wall 7 depending from the outer circumference of its top wall 6 by placing the lower end of the second circumferential wall 7 on the upper end of the first circumferential wall 2. The first and second circumferential walls 2 and 7 have their individual backs connected at their upper and lower ends by a hinge 10. The upper and lower portions of the backs of the first and second circumferential walls 2,7 are so connected through an elastic band 12 that the cover 5 can be opened or closed by the hinge 10. The hinge 10 is integrally molded of a synthetic resin at the back of the elastic band 16. This eliminates notches as a mold parting mark, which might otherwise be left in the cover when the cap structure of this kind is to be integrally molded of a synthetic resin in accordance with the prior art.

    Abstract: A foaming nozzle mounted in front of a spray nozzle of a sprayer so that a liquid detergent may be sprayed in a foamed state onto a window glass or tile for cleaning. The foaming nozzle has its mouth shaped so that a mixed cluster of the mist and foam from the foaming nozzle is injected in a band, elliptical, rectangular or triangular shape and at a wide angle. A predetermined relationship between a spray port and the foaming nozzle allows the mist spin-injected at a high swirling speed to be partially mixed with the foam. The foam is formed by the impingement of the mist upon an inner face of the mouth of the foaming nozzle. The mixture may be injected at a wide angle. The foaming nozzle can be composed of first and second nozzles wherein the second foaming nozzle is of a circular cylinder and hingedly mounted to the first foaming cylinder. The user can selectively inject either a mist-foam mixed cluster having the band section or a foam cluster having a circular section.

    Abstract: A trigger type liquid dispenser having a nozzle unit including a nozzle at its front end, a pump operated by a trigger and a container mount, in which the pump is operated by the trigger and has an annular cylinder including concentric outer and inner cylindrical members of double wall shape projecting forwardly of a body, and a piston unit telescoped in the annular cylinder and having an annular piston sliding on the inner surface of the outer cylindrical member and the outer surface of the inner cylindrical member. The piston unit has skirts annularly flared at the axial edges of the sliding surfaces which coact with the surface of the inner and outer cylindrical members to form a pump chamber. A spring is contained in a spring chamber formed of a bore in the inner cylindrical member of the annular cylinder with the piston unit telescoped about the inner cylindrical member, the spring urging the piston unit outwardly of the annular cylinder.

    Abstract: Herein disclosed is a trigger type liquid injector which includes a body mounted to stand on a liquid container, an injection cylinder extending in a horizontal direction from the upper portion of the body, and pumping means arranged at such an interior angle as is defined by the body and the injection cylinder. There is mounted in the base of the injection cylinder a discharge valve which is opened by the internal pressure in a pump chamber when this pressure exceeds a predetermined level. There is mounted on the front portion of the injection cylinder a nozzle cap which can change the states of the liquid being injected. The pumping means is actuated by the engagement between a recessed portion formed in a piston member and a trigger.

    Abstract: In a manually operable atomizer wherein a piston is operated through an atomizing head, so as to cause a pumping action to suck up the liquid from a liquid container and then pressurize the liquid to atomize the same through a nozzle, a flange is provided to extend outwardly from the wall of a cylinder of an atomizer. The flange is provided with a circumferential upright protrusion and an annular recess formed at the radially inner side of the circumferential upright protrusion. A supporting member for supporting the atomizer is adapted to be attached to the neck opening of the liquid container, and is provided with an annular inner wall adapted to be fittingly received by the annular recess of the flange, an intermediate wall adapted to hold the circumferential upright protrusion of the flange and an annular outer wall for stabilizing the attaching of the supporting member.
