Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes an input filter configured to control an input process of image data input as an object being processed; output filters configured to control output processes of output image data being output to an outside of the apparatus; at least one process filter configured to process the image data between the input filter and the output filter; and an operation unit configured to manage process operation of the image processing apparatus; wherein when the plural output filters are selected by the operation unit for the input filter selected by the operation unit, the at least one process filter is connected to each of the selected output filters.

Abstract: A washing machine includes, a main body having a washing tub housed therein, a top plate laid on a top face of the main body and having a laundry entrance formed therein to permit laundry to be put therethrough in the washing tub, a lid covering the laundry entrance, a back panel laid on the top plate so as to be located in a rear side of the main body and having a connection pipe arranged therein for supplying water, an operation panel provided in a front portion of a top surface of the top plate, and a partial washing apparatus fitted to the back panel.

Abstract: An image transmitting apparatus includes a reading condition determining unit that determines whether a first reading condition is satisfied that the first reading conditions contain compulsory information indicating compulsory use of that condition, and a second condition is satisfied that the first reading conditions are contradicting to each other. When both the first condition and the second condition are satisfied, the reading condition determining unit sets one of the first reading conditions as a reading condition for reading image data.

Abstract: An image transmitting apparatus receives a first reading condition relating to an image from an external apparatus via a network. The image transmitting apparatus compares the first reading condition with a pre-set second reading condition, if the two conditions are different, decides one of the first reading condition and the second reading condition as a reading condition when selecting an image data to be transmitted to the external device. The image transmitting apparatus selects an image data that matches with the reading condition, and sends the selected image data to the external apparatus.

Abstract: A washing machine has a partial washing apparatus fitted on an outer surface of a main unit having a washing tub housed therein. The partial washing apparatus is movable between an use position and a non-use position. When the partial washing apparatus is in the use position, its washing portion faces a laundry entrance from outside the main unit; when the partial washing apparatus is in the non-use position, its washing portion is retracted from the position in which it faces the laundry entrance. The washing portion achieves washing by using supersonic waves generated by a supersonic vibration device. The laundry entrance is covered with a lid composed of a front lid and a rear lid coupled together so as to be foldable in two. The rear lid has a gate opening formed therein to let the partial washing apparatus pass through. The gate opening is partially or completely closed by a tray for sustaining a piece of laundry.

Abstract: Disclosed is a bifidobacterium-containing confectionery tablet, and a process for preparing the same, which is prepared by mixing a freeze-dried living bifidobacterium powder to a basic compounding material separately prepared in a powdery state and forming a tablet of said powdery mixture, comprising further adding to the mixture of said basic compounding material and said bifidobacterium powder one or more of substances selected from the group consisting of starch, starch hydrolyzate and protein, containing not more than 4% of water.
