  • Publication number: 20240421648
Abstract: Coils are divided into “n” systems. Each divided coils are arranged continuously within an angular range obtained by dividing 360 degrees by “n”. A single conductor is wound continuously in a circumferential direction to provide the coils in the same phase. Lead wires and winding start terminals of the coils of the conductors are connected by winding start extension wires. Lead wires and winding end terminals of the coils of the conductors are connected by winding end extension wires. Connection portions to the lead wires are fixed to the stator with clips. The clips are provided with the number “n”, and are located substantially middle to a dividing line that divides into “n”.

  • Patent number: 9537366
Abstract: A magnet-type generator 1 has a stator 20 having a stator core 21, bobbins 40, 41 and a coil 60. The stator core has through holes 35A, 35B, 35C passing through the stator core parallel to a rotation axis of the rotor so that lead wires 64A, 64B, 64C for outputting current generated at the magnet-type generator 1, which are corresponding to respective phases, are inserted into the through holes. The lead wires inserted into the through holes are connected with outgoing wires 60a, 60c?, 60b, 60a?, 60c, 60b? of the coil at one side (clamping surface side) of the stator core 21 via a terminal (metal connection terminal) 53 fixed to a substrate portion (plate portion) 48 extending from the bobbin. The terminal is arranged near the through holes.

  • Patent number: 9537365
Abstract: A magnet-type generator 1 has a stator 20 having a stator core 21 and a coil 60, and fixed on an engine cover. The stator core has an annular base portion 26 and salient pole portions 27 extended in a radial direction from the annular base portion. The coil is wound around winding frame portions formed on the salient pole portions. Lead wires 64A, 64B, 64C are inserted into through holes 35A, 35B, 35C passing through the stator core and connected with outgoing wires of the coil at one side of the stator core. The stator core has an extension portion 33, which is partly enlarged outwards in a radial direction from an outer periphery of the annular base portion and fills a part of a gap 32 between neighboring salient pole portions. The through holes are provided on an area including the extension portion of the stator core.

The stator core has through holes 35A, 35B, 35C passing through the stator core along a rotation axis of the rotor so that lead wires 64A, 64B, 64C for outputting, which are corresponding to respective phases, are inserted into the through holes.
