  • Publication number: 20240107678
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a bonded substrate includes: preparing one or plurality of products to be bonded, each including a brazing material layer and a copper plate laminated on both main surfaces of a ceramic substrate, laminating, one or a plurality of products bonded and a pair of clamping members that clamp them while providing a mold releasing layer between each thereof, heating the one or the plurality of products while pressing the one or the plurality of products in the pair of clamping members to obtain the one or the plurality of bonded substrates in which the ceramic substrate and the copper plate are bonded with a bonding layer, and removing the mold releasing layer from the bonded substrate by dissolving a portion in contact with the mold releasing layer of the copper plate included in the bonded substrate by wet etching.

  • Publication number: 20240066865
Abstract: A liquid discharge head includes a nozzle layer having a nozzle through which a liquid is discharged from a second side toward a first side, a liquid chamber substrate, and a drive circuit. The nozzle layer includes a vibration layer, a piezoelectric actuator adjacent to the nozzle and over the first side, a circuit connection over the first side, a first protective layer around the circuit connection, a second protective layer over the piezoelectric actuator, a first water-resistant film over the first protective layer, and a second water-resistant film over the second protective layer. The second protective layer is separated from the first protective layer. The first protective layer defines an opening above the circuit connection. The liquid chamber substrate has a liquid chamber communicating with the nozzle. The drive circuit is disposed over the second side and connected to the circuit connection to drive the piezoelectric actuator.

  • Patent number: 8739931
Abstract: A lubricating structure of a differential gear unit includes a differential case that rotatably supports side gears and pinions; a differential housing that rotatably supports the differential case via a bearing; and a lubrication hole that leads lubricating oil from a first chamber space formed between the differential case and the differential housing to a second chamber space formed around one drive shaft. A third chamber space is formed inside the differential case. A smallest passage sectional area of a lubricating oil flow path that leads from the second chamber space to the first chamber space via the bearing is smaller than a smallest passage sectional area of the lubrication hole, and a smallest passage sectional area between the second chamber space and the third chamber space and a smallest passage sectional area in the third chamber space are larger than the smallest passage sectional area of the lubrication hole.

  • Patent number: 4858434
Abstract: The present wave-activated power generator includes a main body floatable in the water surface and an air chamber is formed in the main body. An operating passage is formed as extending from the air chamber with its open end submerged under the water; on the other hand, there is provided a guide passage communicating the air chamber to the atmosphere via a power generating means, whereby, due to the motion of the water column inside the operating passage, there is formed an air flow from the air chamber to the atmosphere through the guide passage thereby driving the power generating means. The operating passage of the present wave-activated power generator is bent approximately in the shape of "L" with its open end provided as oriented toward the downstream direction with respect to the advancing direction of waves, so that it is structured to promote the motion of the water column inside the operating passage due to wave motion.
