  • Publication number: 20140310958
Abstract: Provided is an assembly method of a wind power generation system that can enhance the safety of an assembly work, and which can reduce a working time. In order to solve the above problem, the assembly method of a wind power generation system of the present invention includes assembly of the wind power generation system which includes a rotor with a hub and blades, a nacelle for accommodating therein at least a generator connected to the rotor via a main shaft connected to the hub, and a tower supporting the nacelle on a top portion thereof, and having an opposite side thereof to the top portion fixed to a foundation, the tower including separated tower parts. When assembling the wind power generation system, the nacelle and the tower are laterally assembled together by using a carriage, and the rotor is fixed to the laterally-facing nacelle.

  • Patent number: 7786642
Abstract: In a rotating machinery having armature windings constituted by a lot of strands, when the armature winding is constituted by four layers, a step number of the strands becomes half with respect to two layers of armature windings so as to facilitate manufacturing an armature winding of 540 degree transposition in which a transposition pitch is elongated and a circulating current loss is reduced, but since an output voltage becomes twice, for securing a voltage limit value caused by an isolation resisting force, one layer of armature windings are constituted by sub windings separated into at least two layers in a vertical direction, a transposition is independently applied to each of the sub windings, the sub windings are connected to the armature windings of the other slot while keeping an isolation of the sub winding at an armature winding end region by at least two connecting methods, and the sub winding constructs a parallel circuit by the armature windings of a plurality of slots.

  • Patent number: 7714477
Abstract: In a stator core support structure in a conventional rotating electric machine, it has been difficult to set the circumferential and radial stiffnesses with which elastic bars support a stator core, to appropriate values in view of a relationship between transmission of torque and vibration prevention. In order to solve the above problem, sectional shape of elastic support bars is formed as rectangular, elliptic, rhombic or the like, and accordingly, the ratio between circumferential and radial stiffness of the elastic support bars can be changed.

  • Publication number: 20070205677
Abstract: The invention prevents a temperature in an end portion of a stator iron core from becoming excessively high due to a heat generated in the end portion of the stator iron core of a turbine generator. In a dynamo-electric machine provided with a stator constituted by a stator iron core, a stator iron core pressing member and a stator coil, a rotor constituted by a rotor iron core, a rotor coil and a holding ring, and a baffle plate arranged in an inner diameter side of an end portion of the stator iron core and distributing a cooling medium cooling an inner side of the machine, the baffle plate is provided for forming a flow of the cooling medium along an inner periphery of the stator iron core pressing member and/or an inner peripheral surface of the end portion of the stator iron core.
