Publication number: 20090314276Abstract: There is provided a heating cooking apparatus which can reduce heating and cooking time by reducing the time for raising the temperature of a heating chamber to a desired temperature. In a heat source chamber 30, since the distance between a heat source 31 formed in the spiral shape in order to heat air and a circulating fan 32 is as close as less than 10 mm, ventilation efficiency improves. Further, a coating film 25 is formed on a side surface on the heat source chamber 30 side of a partition plate 22 which forms a boundary between the heat source chamber 30 and a heating chamber 20. Hereby, the heat supplied from the electric heater 31 is stored in the coating film 25, and next the heat is radiated from the coating film 25, with the result that the coating film 25 heats the air in the heat source chamber 30 as a second heat source.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 26, 2007Publication date: December 24, 2009Applicant: PANASONIC CORPORATIONInventors: Takahiko Yamasaki, Ikuhiro Inada, Yasuhisa Mori, Hiroshi Kawai

Publication number: 20070215142Abstract: It is an object of the invention to provide a cooking apparatus which can set the interior of a heating chamber at desired humidity and temperature in a short time. In the cooking apparatus, an object to be heated 11 is stored into a heating chamber 12, the interior of the heating chamber 12 is heated up to a given temperature using heating chamber interior heating means 13, and water supplied to a storage part 17 formed within the heating chamber by water supply means 16 is heated using storage part heating means 18 to thereby generate and supply steam. At the then time, based on the temperature of the interior of the heating chamber detected by heating chamber interior temperature detect means 20, a control part 19 controls the storage part heating means 18 in such a manner that the water in the storage part 17 is prevented from boiling on, before the steam is supplied.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 20, 2005Publication date: September 20, 2007Applicant: MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.Inventors: Satomi Uchiyama, Takahiko Yamasaki, Ikuhiro Inada
