  • Patent number: 8304082
Abstract: The present invention has its object to provide an interlayer film for a laminated glass, which is excellent in penetration resistance, moisture resistance, and sound insulation. The present invention relates to an interlayer film for a laminated glass, which comprises: a polyvinyl acetal resin; and a plasticizer, the plasticizer being represented by formula (1): wherein R1 represents a phenyl group, R2 represents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and n represents 4 to 6.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 16, 2009
Date of Patent: November 6, 2012
    Assignee: Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.
Inventors: Bungo Hatta, Takahiro Futamura, Minoru Inada, Hirofumi Kitano
  • Publication number: 20110165425
Abstract: The present invention provides: an interlayer film for laminated glass having high adhesiveness to components for laminated glass such as a PET film and having high transparency; and a laminated glass comprising the interlayer film for laminated glass. An interlayer film 2 for laminated glass comprises a resin including an ethylene structural unit, a (meth)acrylate ester structural unit, and a structural unit having a glycidyl group. A laminated glass 1 comprises: a first and a second component 3, 4 for laminated glass; and an interlayer film 2 for laminated glass interposed between the first and the second component 3, 4 for laminated glass.

  • Patent number: 7135518
Abstract: Curable compositions capable of giving a cured article excellent in weatherability and flam retardancy. (1) One of the curable compositions comprises an organic polymer having at least one crosslinkable hydrolysable silyl group and phyllosilicate. It has enhanced weatherability due to incorporation of the phyllosilicate, and has further enhanced weatherability because the bleeding of an ultraviolet absober and a light stabilizer is inhibited. (2) The other composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a urethane resin, epoxy resin, and/or modified polysulfide resin and 0.1 to 100 parts of weight of a phyllosilicate. It has enhanced weatherability due to incorporation of phyllosilicate, and has further enhanced weatherability because the bleeding of an ultraviolet absorber and a light stabilizer is inhibited.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 25, 2002
Date of Patent: November 14, 2006
    Assignee: Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.
Inventors: Akihiko Bandou, Masaya Kobayashi, Yukihiko Murayama, Takuto Ikeuchi, Tetsuya Kusano, Hideyuki Takahashi, Kouji Yamauchi, Takahiro Futamura, Satoshi Kusuda
