Patent number: 11441674Abstract: A strength of an outer side portion in a second direction of a shift body is increased. In a shift device, when a lever is placed in an ‘M’ position, a right avoidance hole of the lever avoids interference with a right restricting portion, rotational movement of a left restricting surface of the lever is restricted by a left restricting portion, and an operation to rotationally move the lever towards the right side is restricted. Furthermore, when the lever is placed in a ‘D’ position, a left avoidance hole of the lever avoids interference with the left restricting portion, rotational movement of a right restricting surface of the lever is restricted by the right restricting portion, and an operation to rotationally move the lever towards the left side is restricted. The right avoidance hole and the left avoidance hole can be made smaller, so that the strength of both outer side portions in a lateral directions of the lever can be increased.Type: GrantFiled: November 16, 2018Date of Patent: September 13, 2022Assignee: KABUSHIKI KAISHA TOKAI-RIKA-DENKI-SEISAKUSHOInventors: Takahiro Hirashita, Hiroki Ono, Masaaki Shiozaki

Patent number: 11287030Abstract: In a shift device, the placement of magnets relative to sensors can be changed by rotating a ball shaft of a lever. The sensors detect magnetic fields generated by the magnets in order to detect a shift position of the lever. Shields suppress a magnetic field outside the ball shaft from reaching the sensors. The magnets, the sensors, and the shields are disposed on the ball shaft. This enables a reduction in the size of the shift device.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 2018Date of Patent: March 29, 2022Assignee: KABUSHIKI KAISHA TOKAI-RIKA-DENKI-SEISAKUSHOInventors: Takahiro Hirashita, Hiroki Ono, Masayoshi Iwata

Patent number: 8816815Abstract: A lock device for a power supplying plug arranged in a vehicle that performs wireless communication with an electronic key. The lock device includes a charge ECU that restricts unauthorized removal of the power supplying plug from an inlet of the vehicle. The vehicle includes antennas that transmit a wireless signal. A first one of the antennas relates to permission for removal of the power supplying plug. A second one of the antennas relates to unlocking or permission for unlocking of a door. A charge ECU stops transmitting the wireless signal from the first antenna when the vehicle is parked and the second antenna transmits the wireless signal. The charge ECU stops the transmission of the wireless signal related to the unlocking of the door when the wireless signal related to removal of the power supplying plug is transmitted.Type: GrantFiled: July 6, 2012Date of Patent: August 26, 2014Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Tokai Rika Denki SeisakushoInventors: Yuichi Kuramochi, Toshiharu Katagiri, Keiji Kahara, Naoto Kurumizawa, Takahiro Hirashita

Patent number: 8753136Abstract: A power feeding plug locking device that locks a power feeding plug to a power feeding inlet. The power feeding inlet is arranged in a machine including a door that can be locked. The locking device includes a lock mechanism of which operational state is shifted between a lock state and an unlock state. The lock mechanism prohibits removal of the power feeding plug from the inlet in the lock state and allows removal of the power feeding plug from the inlet in the unlock state. An operation unit is operated when switching the operational state of the lock mechanism between the lock state and the unlock state. A door lock state confirmation unit confirms whether the door of the machine is locked. A controller controls the operational state of the lock mechanism based on the operation of operation unit whether the door is locked.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2011Date of Patent: June 17, 2014Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Tokai Rika Denki SeisakushoInventors: Takahiro Hirashita, Keiji Kahara, Toshiharu Katagiri, Keigo Nishimoto, Tomohiro Inoue

Patent number: 8708728Abstract: A power plug locking device that prevents unauthorized removal of a power plug from an inlet includes a lock member pivoted about its axis. The lock member is pivoted between a lock position, at which the lock member locks the power plug to the inlet, and an unlock position, at which the lock member releases the power plug from a state locked to the inlet. A manual operation unit is manually operated to pivot the lock member from the unlock position to the lock position. A position holding unit is formed to hold the lock member at the lock position and maintain the power plug in a locked state with the lock member.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2012Date of Patent: April 29, 2014Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Tokai Rika Denki SeisakushoInventors: Takahiro Hirashita, Keiji Kahara, Toshiharu Katagiri

Patent number: 8517755Abstract: A power plug locking device prevents unauthorized removal of a power plug from an inlet. An operation button is arranged on a case of the power plug locking device to switch the power plug locking device to a lock state. The operation button is coupled by a link to a lock bar of a lock mechanism. When the operation button is pushed, the pushing force is transmitted by the link to the lock bar. This pivots the lock bar in a lock direction. When the lock bar is located at a lock position, a pin of a plug lock is hooked to the lock bar to maintain the lock bar in a lock state.Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 2012Date of Patent: August 27, 2013Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Tokai Rika Denki SeisakushoInventor: Takahiro Hirashita
