    Abstract: A manufacturing process system includes: a plurality of processing devices which processes workpieces, with respective equipment associated with the plurality of processing devices; a transfer device which transfers the workpieces to the plurality of processing devices; a host computer which performs creating a transfer plan including information of timings at which the workpieces are carried in and out by the transfer device and acquiring an operation schedule including information of maintenance time from the plurality of processing devices; and a processing device group controller which performs acquiring the transfer plan and the operation schedule from the host computer, comparing the transfer plan and the operation schedule of each processing device, specifying the last process before maintenance for each processing device, detecting the end timing of the specified process, and instructing each processing device to be switched to an idle state at the end timing along with the associated equipment.

The attenuation characteristics are such characteristics that the ratio of the amplitude of the attenuation signal to the amplitude of the reception signal decreases as the frequency of the reception signal increases. The correction characteristics are characteristics with which the ratio of the amplitude of the correction signal to the amplitude of the attenuation signal increases as the frequency of the attenuation signal increases.

An interfacial portion between the metal member 2 and the bonding material 3 with aluminum as a main component and an interfacial portion between the bonding material 3 with aluminum as a main component and the ceramic member 4 each receive pressurization and vibration energy to be bonded together. The metal member 2 and the ceramic member 4 can be bonded together at ordinary temperature in the atmosphere with the bonding material 3 with aluminum as a main component.

    Abstract: A bonding target member typically has a solid bonding material with aluminum as a main component interposed between a metal member and a ceramic member. These elements and an elastic member are pressurized by a pressurizing section and a bonding tool section of a resonator in a vertical direction. The bonding tool section of the resonator resonates with sound vibration or ultrasound vibration transmitted from an oscillator. The metal member and the ceramic member can alternatively be bonded together without the intermediate bonding material. In both cases, bonding at ordinary temperature in the atmosphere is possible. When the ceramic member has a thickness resistant to pressurization and vibration energy at the time of bonding to resist cracking, the elastic member may be disposed on the metal member side, or may not be used.

After receiving the verification code, a verification code analyzer decodes the verification code using the self-owned secret key, and performs verification by verifying the digital signature using the public key of a representative facility management device. When verification is successful, a Web server is able to monitor and manipulate data that indicates the operating states of all of the equipment that is managed by the equipment manager.
