The thickness of the insulating tape including the adhesive layer is set to a thin thickness, such as 0.01 to 0.05 mm for example, so that the height-wise dimensions of the product do not become great. Polyester resin, or material with deformation temperature of 200° C. or higher (e.g., polyimide resin, polyamide resin, fluororesin) is used for the material of the insulating tape. A silicone adhesive agent or an acrylic adhesive agent or the like is used for the adhesive layer of the insulating tape.
