Abstract: The louver 1 includes a first member 2 including a lid portion 22, slits 24 disposed at intervals from the lid portion 22, and rising portions 25 and rising portions 26 extending from peripheral edge portions of the slits 24 toward one side in a depth direction and a second member 3 including a lid portion 32, slits 34 disposed at intervals from the lid portion 32, and rising portions 35 and rising portions 36 extending from the peripheral edge portions of the slits 34 toward the other side in the depth direction. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are disposed to face each other and the slits 24 of the first member 2 and the slits 34 of the second member 3 are disposed to be shifted from each other.

Abstract: A coolant drain mechanism of a casing for draining a coolant from an inside of a cooling channel is provided to a bottom of a casing housing a body to be cooled. A partitioning wall for partitioning the cooling channel into at least a pair of a first channel and a second channel, a drain port opened to both of the first channel and the second channel across the partitioning wall, and a drain stopper attachable to the drain port to seal the drain port are provided to the bottom. A portion of the drain stopper exposed into the cooling channel restrains a flow between the channels at a position where the drain port is in communication with the first channel and the second channel.

Abstract: An inverter includes: a step-up transformer; an upper cover for covering the step-up transformer; a terminal attached to the upper cover and electrically connected to the step-up transformer; a terminal case attached to the upper cover to cover the terminal and attachable with a connector to be plugged into and unplugged from the terminal; a first positioning unit provided to the upper cover and the terminal to position the upper cover and the terminal relative to each other; and a second positioning unit provided to the upper cover and the terminal case to position the upper cover and the terminal case relative to each other.
