    Abstract: An ink jet recording apparatus includes an ink container in which ink to be used to perform printing on a print target is stored, a nozzle which is connected to the ink container and from which pressurized and supplied ink is jetted, charging electrodes that charge ink particles jetted from the nozzle with electricity, deflecting electrodes that polarize the ink particles charged with electricity by the charging electrodes, a gutter that recovers ink not used for printing, a solvent container in which a solvent is stored, and a liquid nozzle which is connected to the solvent container and from which a pressurized and supplied solvent is jetted. The liquid nozzle includes a liquid flow passage portion that extends from the nozzle in a direction of the gutter, and a liquid jet hole that is formed at an angle allowing the pressurized and supplied solvent to hit the nozzle through the liquid flow passage portion.

A temperature sensing device is disposed lateral to a region where a radiation heater faces a substrate to be heated inside a heating chamber. A heating device has the heating chamber, the radiation heater, a power-supply device, a substrate-holding device, a control device, and the temperature sensing device. A control program is built into the control device, according to which the power-supply device controls the power applied to the radiation heater to generate heat such that the temperature of the temperature measurement substrate detected by a thermocouple of the temperature sensing device becomes a set temperature. Furthermore, a circulation passage is disposed in close contact with the temperature-sensing device, and with a coolant flowing through the circulation passage, the temperature of the temperature measurement substrate can be cooled from the set temperature to an initial temperature.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, the method for producing toner for developing an image of electrostatic charge comprises the steps of producing a dispersion liquid of flocculated particles by forming the flocculated particles in a dispersion liquid comprising at least dispersed resin particles, forming combined particles by dispersing a liquid dispersion comprising dispersed fine resin particles into the dispersion liquid of flocculated particles so that the fine resin particles adhere to the flocculated particles and forming toner particles by fusing the combined particles by heating, wherein the molecular weight distribution curve of the resin in the toner particles by a gel permeation chromatography has at least two peaks or shoulders. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce toner for developing an image of electrostatic charge which is particularly superior in chargeability and the stability of the chargeability.

The vertical segment 19 of the antenna element 11 substantially coincides with the direction of vertically polarized electromagnetic waves and hence receives vertically polarized electromagnetic waves favorably.
