    Abstract: A seat lock apparatus that keeps a seat back of a vehicle in a locked state, and is at least partially covered with a cover, includes: a hooking member having an engaging groove that engages with a striker that enters from a back side; a shaft member that rotatably and pivotally supports the hooking member in a vicinity of a front end; a case member to which the shaft member is fixed; a striker entry groove formed on the case member and to which the striker enters; and a pair of projectional holding members provided respectively on both sides of the striker entry groove and projecting backward. Further, the cover is held by inserting the pair of projectional holding members into a holding member insertion hole provided on the cover.
