Patent number: 8090124Abstract: A method of mounting a flat panel speaker is provided which is capable of reliably preventing entry of dust and of shortening assembling time. By bonding a gasket member to a diaphragm, by pasting a separator to a gasket member side opposite to the diaphragm and, by sandwiching the diaphragm and the gasket member from both sides, a gasket-attached diaphragm is fabricated. After peeling off a protecting sheet on a rear side of the gasket-attached diaphragm, the actuator module is bonded to the diaphragm. Then, after peeling the separator from the gasket-attached diaphragm, positioning is performed on the diaphragm and the gasket member is bonded to a putting-face of the front case. The entry of dust into a region corresponding to a liquid crystal display panel is blocked by a partitioning portion of the gasket member.Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2005Date of Patent: January 3, 2012Assignee: NEC CorporationInventor: Takahiro Nakagawa

Patent number: 8027801Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a data storage device test method and data storage device manufacture method which allow a tester to perform an operation test of plural data storage devices connected thereto in a shorter period of time. In one embodiment, an operation test of each of plural HDDs 81-84 connected to a tester is performed by making plural HDDs 81-84 execute commands received from the tester, wherein, during a waiting period when exchange stops between the tester and, for example, HDD 81 of which operation test is being executed, the tester executes the operation test of another HDD. Such a waiting period occurs, for example, before HDD 81 becomes ready to receive a command, before a data transfer is completed and before HDD 81 becomes ready to receive the subsequent command. By using this waiting period, the tester issues a command to, for example, HDD 82 if the HDD is ready to receive a command or transfers data to the HDD if data transfer is possible.Type: GrantFiled: August 30, 2006Date of Patent: September 27, 2011Assignee: Hitachi Global Storage Technologies Netherlands B.V.Inventors: Shigeto Nishiuchi, Satoshi Takahashi, Masashi Tsuyama, Takahiro Nakagawa

Publication number: 20110181540Abstract: A navigation system is provided. A medium insertion port is disposed on the front surface of a main unit and a portable recording medium is loaded into or unloaded from the main unit through the medium insertion port. A display unit is disposed on the front surface of the main unit and can move between a closed position where the medium insertion port is covered and an opened position where the medium insertion port is exposed. A limitation section limits the movement of the display unit to the opened position. A limitation removing section removes the limitation by the limitation section. An operation section receives an operation on the navigation system. The operation section can receive an operation other than an operation to be intrinsically received by the operation section. The limitation removing section removes the limitation by the limitation section when the operation section receives the operation other than the operation to be intrinsically received.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 29, 2009Publication date: July 28, 2011Applicant: FUJITSU TEN LIMITEDInventors: Fumitake Nakamura, Noriyuki Kamikawa, Takahiro Nakagawa, Satoru Nagamoto

Patent number: 7786995Abstract: Information that is required for laying out character string data is entered, as are character string data. The printing attributes for the data are then edited, and are employed to extract contour information. Thereafter, the extracted contour information is employed to determine the information that is to be used as a reference when laying out the character string data, and a layout position is specified. Then, the various data that are obtained are stored as printing data, and the character string data are laid out in a drawing area. Patent number: 7532426Abstract: Embodiments in accordance with the present invention erase a desired area on a recording surface of disk or disk drive apparatus. According to an embodiment, a hard disk drive (HDD) performs erase on a recording surface by moving a head element unit at one-half a servo track pitch with reference to a servo address. Before actual erase is started on the recording surface, the HDD generates a management table configured based on servo addresses from a management table configured based on data tracks. At an erase process, the HDD sets parameters in accordance with the zone and skips a management area with reference to this management table based on the servo addresses.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 2007Date of Patent: May 12, 2009Assignee: Hitachi Global Storage Technologies Netherlands B.V.Inventors: Takahiro Nakagawa, Toshiaki Satoh, Hiroshi Fukuyama, Kyo Akagi
