    Abstract: There is provided a die plate, a resin machine, and a method of heating nozzles of the die plate that can suppress temperature unevenness of the nozzles and increase the temperature rise performance of the nozzles. The die plate includes a nozzle group including a plurality of nozzles through which molten resin passes, and a heating medium guidance part that guides a heating medium for heating a nozzle wall of each nozzle. The heating medium guidance part includes an inlet that receives the heating medium, an outlet that discharges the heating medium from a heating medium channel, and a guidance wall that defines a heating channel that causes the inlet and the outlet to be in communication with each other together with an outer peripheral surface of the nozzle wall of each of the plurality of nozzles.

In the resin removing step, in a region IS where the scheduled dividing lines intersect, the laser beam oscillated from the CO2 laser source is not irradiated multiple times, or an irradiation amount of the laser beam is decreased relative to an irradiation amount in a region other than a region where the scheduled dividing lines intersect.

    Abstract: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite member including an aluminum die cast member and a polymer member firmly bonded by removing a carbide film on the surface of the aluminum die cast member to even the surface layer. The method includes: a melting step of melting a surface layer of a joint surface of the aluminum die cast member by irradiating the joint surface with a laser, the joint surface being joined with the polymer member; and a combining step of integrally molding a polymeric material on the joint surface. The method may have a removal step of removing the carbide film present on the joint surface by irradiating the joint surface with the laser before the melting step, and a modification step of irradiating the joint surface with plasma to impart a hydroxyl group to the joint surface after the melting step.
