  • Publication number: 20250038674
Abstract: A high voltage board includes a P busbar, an N busbar, and an output busbar. The P busbar, the N busbar, and the output busbar extend in a circumferential direction. In the output busbar, an output current flows in an overlap region from an upper arm switch unit toward a lower arm switch unit. In the P busbar, a P current flows in the overlap region from a smoothing capacitor portion toward the upper arm switch unit in a reverse direction to the output current. In the N busbar, an N current flows in the overlap region from the lower arm switch unit toward the smoothing capacitor portion in a reverse direction to the output current.

  • Publication number: 20250038692
Abstract: An inverter device includes an inverter housing. The inverter housing includes an inverter outer peripheral wall and multiple beam portions. The inverter outer peripheral wall has an inner peripheral surface and extends annularly around an inverter axis. The beam portion extends toward a radially inner side from the inverter outer peripheral wall. The multiple beam portions are arranged in a circumferential direction along the inner peripheral surface. The inverter device includes a high voltage board and a drive board. The high voltage board and the drive board extend in a plate shape in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction. The high voltage board and the drive board are fixed to the multiple beam portions while extending across the multiple beam portions. Mounted components such as a smoothing capacitor portion are mounted on the high voltage board and the drive board.

  • Publication number: 20250030334
Abstract: An inverter device includes an inverter housing and an arm switch unit. The inverter housing includes an inverter outer peripheral wall and an inverter fin. The inverter outer peripheral wall has an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface and extends annularly around an inverter axis. The inverter fin is provided on the outer peripheral surface and extends toward a radially outer side from the outer peripheral surface. Multiple arm switch units are arranged in a circumferential direction and are fixed to the inner peripheral surface. The arm switch unit is a heat generation component that generates heat by energization. Heat transferred to the inner peripheral surface from the arm switch unit is dissipated to the outside from the outer peripheral surface of the inverter outer peripheral wall.

  • Patent number: 9672965
Abstract: A reactor includes a laminated core formed by laminating soft-magnetic ribbons in a lamination direction. The laminated core has a gap formed across a magnetic path direction in the laminated core. The laminated core also has a flat facing surface that faces the gap and a pair of flat side surfaces that are respectively on opposite sides of the facing surface in the lamination direction. The laminated core further has a pair of first corner curved surfaces that are formed between the facing surface and the pair of side surfaces. Each of the first corner curved surfaces has a width in the lamination direction greater than the thickness of each of the soft-magnetic ribbons. For each of the first corner curved surfaces, a length of the first corner curved surface in the magnetic path direction is greater than the width of the first corner curved surface in the lamination direction.
