  • Patent number: 10676615
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition in which fibers with good dispersibility and a resin in which the fibers are easily dispersed have been suitably composited; and a method for producing the fiber-reinforced resin composition. Specifically, the object is to provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition that comprises chemically modified CNFs and a thermoplastic resin, and that has improved physical properties due to the suitable compositing of the fibers with the resin; and a method for producing the fiber-reinforced resin composition. The fiber-reinforced resin composition comprises chemically modified CNFs (A) and a thermoplastic resin (B), wherein the chemically modified CNFs and the thermoplastic resin satisfy the following conditions: (a) the ratio R of the solubility parameter (SPcnf) of the chemically modified CNFs (A) to the solubility parameter (SPpol) of the thermoplastic resin (B), SPcnf/SPpol, is in the range of 0.87 to 1.

  • Patent number: 8286766
Abstract: A slider 24 is supported on a holder 19 of a steering wheel 11 via a coil spring 25 so as to be movable in a direction of an axis while an air bag module 20 is supported on a slider 24 via a damper spring 26 so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the axis. Since the coil spring 25 does not affect vibration of the air bag module 20 in the direction perpendicular to the axis, it is possible to set a spring constant of the coil spring 25 at a value appropriate for the operation of a horn switch 37, and to set a spring constant of the damper spring 26 at a value appropriate for the operation of the dynamic damper. As a result, it is possible to effectively reduce the vibration of the steering wheel 11 in the direction perpendicular to the axis with the dynamic damper without affecting the operability of the horn switch 37.

  • Publication number: 20090120879
Abstract: There is provided in the present invention a material for transfer of a substance in a liquid, which can trap/remove an objective substance contained in drainage water, waste water or a liquid at a limited area, and also can readily retrieve the polymer after trapping the objective substance from the liquid. The present invention relates to the material for transfer of a substance in a liquid containing a polymer blend comprising an amine-based polymer and a hydrophilic polymer.

  • Patent number: 7178861
Abstract: A vehicle body structure in which a hollow-section crossmember is attached to rear end portions of right and left center frame members is provided. Right and left extension members extending rearward are joined to the rear end portions of the right and left center frame members. The crossmember is joined to the tops of the right and left extension members. Right and left reinforcing plates are provided in a hollow space of the crossmember at portions at which the extension members are joined to the crossmember. The right and left reinforcing plates are supported on the right and left extension members, whereby the crossmember is firmly supported on the rear end portions of the center frame members and is increased in rigidity.
