At least a portion of the magnetic pole portions includes two layers including a magnet and an outer core located radially outward or inward of the magnet and extending along the central axis.     Abstract: A motor housing includes a bearing holder that holds a first bearing and accommodates a rotor and a stator. A second bearing is disposed inside a motor shaft at one axial end portion of the motor shaft and has lower electric resistance than the first bearing. The conductive member electrically connects the second bearing to a motor housing. The radially outer end portion of the second bearing is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the motor shaft. The contact portion of the conductive member is in contact with the radially inner end portion of the second bearing. The fixed portion is fixed to the motor housing radially outward of the motor shaft. A bridge portion connects the contact portion and the fixed portion.

The stator includes a winding portion including a plurality of conductors, a stator core in which a plurality of slots through which the conductor passes are provided, and a plurality of bus bars disposed on one side in an axial direction of the stator core. The plurality of conductors include a terminal conductor including two straight portions passing through two different slots and a bent portion connecting ends of the two straight portions on one side in the axial direction of the stator core. The terminal conductor is connected to the bus bar at the bent portion.

    Abstract: One aspect of a stator of the present invention is a stator disposed radially outside a rotor rotatable about a center axis line. The stator includes a winding portion including a plurality of conductor connection bodies in which a plurality of conductors are connected in series and a stator core in which a plurality of slots through which the conductor connection body passes are provided. The conductor connection body includes a first portion wave-wound on the other side in a circumferential direction, a folded portion connected to an end on the other side in the circumferential direction of the first portion, and a second portion wave-wound on one side in the circumferential direction from the folded portion. The folded portion is located on one side in an axial direction of the stator core and bent radially inside. At least a part of the folded portion is located radially inside from an inside surface of the stator core.

    Abstract: A semiconductor laser device including an n-type cladding layer, an active layer, a p-type cladding layer having a ridge portion, an n-type optical confinement layer formed on the flat portion and side surfaces of the ridge portion of the p-type cladding layer, and an n-type current blocking layer formed on the n-type optical confinement layer in this order. The optical confinement layer is composed of a low resistivity layer doped with n-type impurity, which has a smaller refractive index than the p-type cladding layer and a bandgap energy greater than the energy of lasing light. The optical confinement layer has an impurity concentration of 5.times.10.sup.7 cm.sup.-3 or less. The n-type current blocking layer has a thickness of 0.4 .mu.m or less.

The diode element has the side of the p type silicon carbide layer broader than the side of the second major surface and is supported at the side of the type silicon carbide layer fixed to a supporting stem.
