  • Publication number: 20150301653
Abstract: The present invention provides a semiconductor device including: a detection section that acquires an output signal, which has an amplitude and is output from an analog-to-digital converter that converts a detection signal output from a capacitance type touch panel into a digital signal, that compares the output signal with a reference signal, and that, in a case in which a variation amount of the output signal with respect to the reference signal exceeds a first threshold value, detects whether a touching state of the touch panel is touched or not based on a time variation of the output signal.

  • Patent number: 7124138
Abstract: Long file names found in an application program are contained in array. Then, short file name corresponding to each long file name is made; by combining the number of array element containing the corresponding long file name, with prescribed letter row. On the other hand, in the occasion of comparing newly found long file name with long file names already contained in array, only a specific byte of array element in array is compared with a specific data. Thus, efficient array searching is processed.

  • Publication number: 20050278480
Abstract: A system includes an address conversion table, block state table and address register. The address conversion table indicates relationship (correspondence) between logical blocks and physical blocks of a flash memory. The block state table indicates whether or not effective data has been written for each of the physical blocks. The address register preserves a logical address at which data was written the preceding time, and physical block numbers of a source and a destination. When “write start” is requested, new data is additionally written after former pages of the source block have been copied to the destination block. When “continued write” is requested, continued data is written into a page continuous to the page where the new data is written in the destination block. When “write end” is requested, pages of the source block are copied to unwritten pages of the destination block respectively.
