    Abstract: The present disclosure aims to provide a method for detecting a GOP boundary of an encoded bit stream of each layer and associating GOPs of the layers for hierarchical transmission in a video transmission device that transmits a hierarchically encoded bit stream. The present disclosure provides a video transmission device and a video transmission method that detect a GOP head access unit in a base layer of a hierarchically encoded bit stream by analyzing the base layer and detect a head access unit of an enhancement layer of an identical GOP to that of the aforementioned access unit from a decoding time stamp of the access unit by using the relationship between a decoding time stamp of the base layer and a decoding time stamp of the enhancement layer.

    Abstract: A video audio transmission system, transmission method, sending device, and reception device capable of avoiding buffer overflow and buffer depletion in a decoding device and realizing Group of Pictures (GOP) synchronization in encoding devices by eliminating clock deviation among devices. In the video audio transmission system, the sending devices supply clocks generated from common time point information to cameras as genlock signals. The reception devices supply clocks generated from the common time point information to the decoding devices as genlock signals. Therefore, clock deviation between the devices can be eliminated, and the buffer overflow and the buffer depletion in the decoding device can be avoided. Frame periods of video signals output by a plurality of dispersed cameras can be aligned, and reliable GOP synchronization can be realized by the encoding devices on a latter stage with respect to the cameras.

The exhaust chamber faces the chemical piping space across the treatment chamber, leading to prevention of obstruction of a passage for passing a pipe, configured to supply a chemical to a substrate held by a holding rotator, by an exhaust pipe. Moreover, a single type of treating units is enough for the substrate treating apparatus instead of two types of treating units currently used. This results in sharing of components by all the treating units.
