  • Publication number: 20240409768
Abstract: Provided is a method of producing a polymer-coated substrate for capturing cancer cells in which a polymer layer is stably maintained on the surface of the substrate for a long time even in a liquid environment. The method of producing a polymer-coated substrate for capturing cancer cells includes forming a polymer layer using a hydrophilic polymer represented by the following formula (I) on a surface of a substrate having undergone anti-reflection treatment, wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 represents an alkyl group; m represents 1 to 5; and n represents the number of repetitions.

  • Patent number: 10064979
Abstract: A method for producing a bone regeneration material containing an octacalcium phosphate-gelatin complex, the method including: co-precipitating octacalcium phosphate with gelatin to produce an octacalcium phosphate-gelatin co-precipitate; washing the co-precipitate with a washing liquid to remove gelatin from the co-precipitate, thereby obtaining an octacalcium phosphate slurry; dispersing the octacalcium phosphate slurry or dry granules formed using the slurry in an aqueous gelatin solution; and drying the dispersion of octacalcium phosphate dispersed in the aqueous gelatin solution to produce an octacalcium phosphate-gelatin complex.
