Abstract: The IC fixing component includes a locking case accommodating the IC in such a manner that a side of the IC out of a face-to-face contact with the heat dissipation plate is brought into a face-to-face contact with the locking case so as to be covered and a through hole and a rotation stop protrusion inserted into a rotation limiting hole. After the IC has been accommodated in the locking case, the screw member inserted through the through hole is screwed into a screw hole of the heat dissipation plate so that the side of the IC out of face-to-face contact with the locking case is pressed by the locking case thereby to be brought into a face-to-face contact with the heat dissipation plate.
Abstract: A cooling fan mounting structure for a flat display displaying an image on a screen based on a video signal is disclosed. The structure includes a chassis bracket attached to a rear of the display, and a type of fan holder to which the cooling is attached. The fan holder has an end with an insertion hole located in alignment with a screw hole and through which a screw is inserted to be fixed when the chassis bracket is attached, a positioning convex portion fitted into a positioning hole positioning the chassis bracket, and a locking claw bent into such a crank shape that the locking claw has a step located lower by a thickness of the chassis bracket and extends from the step, the positioning convex portion being inserted into the rectangle hole to be locked.
Abstract: To prevent of a useless space from being produced in a package when the television is packed in the package, bolts 40b, 41b are located at terminals of horizontally extending through-slots 44a, 45a which are connected to vertically extending through-slots 44b, 45b. When the stands 40, 41 are to be stored, shafts of the stands 40, 41 are rotated such that the bolts 40b, 41b are guided at terminals of the horizontally extending through-slots 44a, 45a which are connected to the vertically extending through-slots 44b, 45b. When the stands 40, 41 are pushed upward to thereby cause the bolts 40 to arrive at upper terminals of the vertically extending through-slots 44b, 45b while being guided along the vertically extending through-slots 44b, 45b, the stands 40, 41 are accommodated in a storage space 46.
Abstract: Conventionally, a fixing bracket attached to a rear inside wall of a main body of a liquid crystal television set or a liquid crystal display would interfere with the main body, generating chatter. A hook part having a bent tip erected in a protruding manner from a rear inside wall of a main body of a liquid crystal television set or a liquid crystal display is passed through a second through hole of a fixing bracket from the inside wall side to a front side of the main body. A peripheral portion of the second through hole is inserted in a recess of the rear inside walls of the main body, and is hooked there. Accordingly, when the fixing bracket is hooked, the fixing bracket and the tip of the boss erected from the rear inside wall of the main body come in contact with each other to be fixed.
