    Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a detoxified secretome extract of a culture supernatant having high efficacy and high safety, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, provided is a detoxified secretome extract of a culture supernatant of mesenchymal stem cells or progenitor cells derived from the mesenchymal stem cells, wherein the detoxified secretome extract comprises at least one of IGFBP, HGF, VEGF, PDGF, EGF, KGF (FGF-7), PDGFR, TGF?, and TGF? secreted by the mesenchymal stem cells or the progenitor cells derived from the mesenchymal stem cells, and wherein lactic acid and ammonia that are metabolic waste products caused by the mesenchymal stem cells or the progenitor cells derived from the mesenchymal stem cells are removed from the detoxified secretome extract.
