The composition of the invention is excellent in adhesive strength to unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified polyolefins, and therefore the laminate having the structure the polyolefin layer/the unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified polyolefin layer/the hydrolyzed ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition of the invention layer has excellent adhesive strength between the unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified polyolefin layer and the layer of the composition of the present invention.
