  • Patent number: 7472809
Abstract: A liquid jetting pump of the present invention is constructed such that an intra container liquid is sucked into a cylinder 3 through a suction valve 9 by moving a vertically movable member 4 up and down, and the intra cylinder liquid is jetted out of a nozzle 29 through a discharge valve 31 from a stem 28. A plurality of ribs 10 are protruded in a peripheral direction from a lower edge part within the cylinder. Engagement recessed portions 11 are formed in inner parts of the upper surfaces of the ribs. A lower edge of a coil spring 39 for biasing the vertically movable member 4 is secured to each of the engagement recessed portions 11, thereby permitting a flow of liquid on both sides of the lower edge of the spring internally externally.

  • Patent number: 6119902
Abstract: A liquid jet pump constructed to suck a liquid within a container on which the pump is mounted and jet the liquid out of a nozzle by pushing down the head of the pump. The nozzle is so formed so as to ascend forward obliquely, and is provided with a discharge valve housing a ball-like valve for closing a valve seat provided at an proximal edge within the nozzle. The valve member is movable both back and forth within the nozzle to keep the liquid from dripping of the nozzle.

  • Patent number: 5535901
Abstract: In a bottle made of synthetic resin of the present invention, a handle is combined to a bottle body so that the bottle can be easily handled for carrying it and pouring the content. When the joint of the handle to the bottle body is unstable, it is difficult to handle the bottle and it will occur an accident when the handle comes off the bottle body. Therefore, in the present invention, a reinforcing structure is provided to necessary portions not to deform the joining portion of the handle to the bottle body and further a coming off-preventing mechanism is provided so that the handle does not comes off the bottle. The coming off-preventing mechanism is accomplished by a supporting projection and/or a supplementary engaging protruding portion and a supplementary engaging recess portion. To ensure the coming off-preventing mechanism, the bottle body is formed by biaxial oriented blow molding with assembly beams of the handle as an insert.

  • Patent number: 5423442
Abstract: A cap structure having an elastic turnover cover. Body 1 of the cap structure is closed at the top of its first circumferential wall 2 with a cover 5 having a second circumferential wall 7 depending from the outer circumference of its top wall 6 by placing the lower end of the second circumferential wall 7 on the upper end of the first circumferential wall 2. The first and second circumferential walls 2 and 7 have their individual backs connected at their upper and lower ends by a hinge 10. The upper and lower portions of the backs of the first and second circumferential walls 2,7 are so connected through an elastic band 12 that the cover 5 can be opened or closed by the hinge 10. The hinge 10 is integrally molded of a synthetic resin at the back of the elastic band 16. This eliminates notches as a mold parting mark, which might otherwise be left in the cover when the cap structure of this kind is to be integrally molded of a synthetic resin in accordance with the prior art.

  • Patent number: 5390830
Abstract: An aerosol-type liquid sprayer is adapted to spray liquid steadily without loosening. An erecting wall having an upper end portion engaged with an upper portion of a cylinder is connected to the outer surface of a container body neck portion. An erecting guide trunk is connected to the lower end of the erecting wall, and surrounds the erecting wall at a constant distance. A sliding trunk moves a piston upwardly and downwardly and is fitted into a gap between the erecting wall and the guide trunk. The sliding trunk is guided by the guide trunk, allowing the sliding trunk to be stably moved upwardly and downwardly.

  • Patent number: 5148912
Abstract: A cap closing member for a container opening includes a main body and a lid having the same cross-sectional shape, rear surfaces of the main body and lid being connected to each other by two resilient belt plates. Each of the resilient belt plates forms a trapezoid with top sides that are oppositely faced to each other and connected to the rear surface of the lid. Each of the resilient belt plates is connected to the rear surface of the main body and a rear surface of the lid, so that the resilient belt plates do not project rearwardly from the circular cross-section of the lid or the circular cross-section of the main body.

  • Patent number: 4598865
Abstract: This invention relates to an improved sprayer cap structure associated with a neck portion of a bottle-shaped container for providing a liquid spraying operation or a liquid streaming operation. The sprayer cap includes an inner plug integrally formed adjacently with first and second hollow cylindrical portions in a top-walled cylindrical section. The cylindrical section is perforated with a first hole communicating with the bottom of the container through a pipe, and is also formed with a first valve chamber provided with a blocking valve at the upper position thereof and with a check valve at the lower position thereof. The cylindrical section further is perforated with a second hole and a third hole spaced longitudinally, and formed with a second valve chamber under the second hole, the second valve chamber being provided with a blocking valve at the upper position thereof. A nozzle unit is formed with a spinner slot capable of communicating with the first and second holes of the inner plug.

  • Patent number: 4530449
Abstract: A miniature type, rechargeable atomizing spray mechanism having a container for the liquid to be atomized, and further having a cap and axially aligned first and second pressure chambers, one of which depends within a receptacle while the other projects above the cap. A reciprocable spray head or actuator is arranged to cooperate with plural pistons, one each of which are telescopically arranged in said first and second pressure chambers. Upper and lower valve members are available to control the emission of spray of the liquid. The upper valve is maintained closed by a spring element, and the lower valve is opened by reciprocation of the actuator to permit withdrawal of the liquid from the container so that it may pass through a bore provided between the plural pistons and in the pressure chambers and be emitted as a spray from the spray nozzle at the spray head.

  • Patent number: 4513877
Abstract: A container in which a recess for containing a coiled spring is formed at a shaft hole opening in a cover and a container. A connecting portion for connecting the other end of the coiled spring is formed at the other of the cover and the body in such a manner that the connecting portion is substantially oppositely formed to the recess at the shaft hole opening. A connecting piece capable of temporarily connecting the other end of the coiled spring is formed, and a packing elastically contacted with the lower surface of the cover of closed state is associated intimately with the upper end of the bottomed cylindrical container body. Thus, the container can by simply produced by readily associating the cover and the container body and can also assure the sealability between the cover and the body.
