A protrusion protrudes radially outwardly from each hinge projection and is received in the rotation guide. A locking projection extends from the rotation guide. The locking projection is spaced from an opening movement limiting end of the rotation guide for a distance, which is substantially the same as a width of the protrusion of the hinge projection.
